Tara has a background in Holistic health that started with a Bachelor of Recreation from Dalhousie University with a focus on Therapeutic Recreation. From experiences in that field she chose to explore the benefits of modalities such as Aromatherapy, Reiki and even Reflexology. Tara’s approach to health involves the whole person, (mind body and spirit) in order to work on multiple levels.
